Your website for €25/month to introduce your business, showcase your services and receive enquiries. For self-employed professionals, entrepreneurs, freelancers and small businesses.

Prices advertised for professionals exclude taxes. We confirm the total before you sign up. Annual domain fees are separate.

The €25/month includes custom design, 3 languages, basic SEO, Google Search Console and up to 3 professional email accounts at no extra cost, with 2 GB per mailbox. Daily bulk email allowance: 500.

The price includes the design. We tailor the style, colours, images and layout to your business, on both mobile and desktop.

We include 3 languages in total, with translation of the agreed content. We choose the languages with you, and you review the translations before publication. Each additional language costs €0.99/month or €11.88/year with annual payment, including basic SEO.

The included SEO covers the initial setup of the pages and languages agreed when creating the website. It includes the following work:

• Page titles and descriptions for your website.
• Organised headings, clear navigation and URLs.
• A sitemap and crawl settings for public pages.
• Structured data about your business and content, where relevant.
• SEO setup for the languages included in your website.
• A design adapted to mobile phones and computers.
• Google Search Console setup and sitemap submission.

To set up Google Search Console, we need the owner's access permissions or authorisation.

The fee does not include ongoing SEO campaigns, regular articles or Google Business Profile management.

Also excluded are in-depth keyword or competitor research, advanced SEO audits, city- or country-specific strategies, external link campaigns, regular ranking reports and ongoing conversion testing.

The included technical maintenance remains in place; it does not amount to monthly ranking monitoring or a growth campaign.

Indexing, rankings and visits depend on search engines; specific results are not guaranteed.

We personalise your website for your business. You can request small changes and add the extras you need, now or later. The website fee stays at €25/month; extras are agreed and charged separately.

The website fee is €25/month, or the agreed annual payment. The domain and extras are itemised separately. Selecting an extra or completing the record does not activate services or change charges.

Extras are optional and are not included in the €25/month fee. A logo costs €49 as a one-off payment. Self-editing of texts and images and payment integration each cost €25 as a one-off payment; payment provider fees are separate. CMS and professional photography and video are priced on request, with the scope and price agreed before you order. Antispam for the included mailboxes costs €10 per year and is billed annually, independently of your website. Standard additional mailboxes: 2 GB for €0.99/month, 5 GB for €1.49/month and 10 GB for €1.99/month, with 500 bulk emails daily. PRO: 2 GB for €1.49/month, 5 GB for €1.99/month and 10 GB for €2.49/month, with 1,000 bulk emails daily. PRO 5 GB with 6,000 bulk emails per day: €2.49/month. Prices per mailbox, in addition to the 3 included 2 GB mailboxes. Annual billing: 12 monthly fees, with no extra discount. Each additional language costs €0.99/month or €11.88/year with annual payment, including basic SEO.

The Stripe or PayPal account will be in your name. You will provide your banking, tax and identity details directly to the provider. Do not enter passwords, card numbers or secret keys here. We will use a payment link or limited access for the integration where the provider supports it. You will manage payments, refunds and buyer disputes with the platform; WebGuapa will handle the agreed technical integration. The provider’s fees and terms apply separately.

Additional languages with SEO · €1 / month or €10 / year per language. Your website already includes 3 languages. Add more for €0.99/month per language or €11.88/year per language with annual payment. Each additional language includes translation of the agreed content and basic SEO: titles, descriptions, headings, language tags and sitemap. You review translations before publication. Search rankings are not guaranteed.

Professional photography and video · Price on request. Photography and video of your business, products, premises and team, including corporate portraits. We create original material to showcase your spaces, explain your services and introduce the people behind your brand. You can request photos, video or both. We agree on the location, session length and deliverables before confirming the price.

CMS: users and admin panel · Price on request. A private area where each user signs in and accesses their own information: their profile, documents or exclusive content. Your admin panel lets you manage accounts, permissions and the agreed information. Together we define what each user can see and do, what data is stored and which features you need. The price is quoted and agreed according to the scope before you order.

Payment gateway · €25 · one-off payment. Integration of a button or link so your customers can pay for your services online. Manage your account and verification directly with the provider; you handle payments, refunds and buyer disputes. Provider fees are separate.

Logo design · €49 · one-off payment. We design a logo to identify your business and use on your website and brand materials.

Self-managed text and images · €25 · one-off payment. Access to an editor so you can update text and images in the agreed sections yourself, without requesting each change from us.

Email spam filtering · €10 / year. A filter to reduce unwanted messages in the mailboxes included with your website. It costs €10 per year and is billed annually, even if you pay for your website monthly. Email Pro mailboxes already include antivirus and antispam.

Additional mailboxes · From €0.99/month per mailbox. Standard additional mailboxes: 2 GB for €0.99/month, 5 GB for €1.49/month and 10 GB for €1.99/month, with 500 bulk emails daily. PRO: 2 GB for €1.49/month, 5 GB for €1.99/month and 10 GB for €2.49/month, with 1,000 bulk emails daily. PRO 5 GB with 6,000 bulk emails per day: €2.49/month. Prices per mailbox, in addition to the 3 included 2 GB mailboxes. Annual billing: 12 monthly fees, with no extra discount.

Requesting or selecting an extra is not an order. Before providing it, we agree its scope, price and payment method with you. It is not charged or activated automatically.

Submitting the form is a free request for advice, with no obligation to purchase or pay. It does not activate a subscription.

The €25/month includes design, creation, hosting, maintenance, up to 3 professional email accounts at no extra cost with 2 GB per mailbox, and a usage licence, with no setup fee. You review and approve the website before payment starts. The domain and extras are paid separately, with your prior agreement. Daily bulk email allowance: 500.

The website costs €25/month. The domain and extras are paid separately. You can also agree an annual payment: the total amount and any discount are confirmed before you subscribe. Billing shows your agreed payment frequency, amount and next payment date. There is no single payment day for all customers. Your website’s publication date is independent of the payment schedule.

Describe what you want to show on your website in your record. Section ideas are suggestions and have no per-module price within the agreed scope. Optional extras require prior agreement. You can provide text, links, references and files such as logos, photos, documents or flyers. You and the WebGuapa team can update the record; saving it does not automatically publish changes to the website.

When you mark the project complete, any missing required details are highlighted. Work starts once the necessary information is complete and we confirm the start. The schedule pauses while materials, access or your approval are missing.

The service includes 30 minutes per month for small changes to text, prices, opening hours, images and links within the agreed structure. Unused time does not roll over, including with annual payment. WebGuapa errors and technical incidents do not use this allowance. Work beyond this scope is quoted separately and requires your agreement before it is carried out.

El pago con tarjeta se completa en Stripe y crea una suscripción con renovación automática mensual o anual. La confirmación del pago depende del estado comunicado por Stripe. La transferencia bancaria no domicilia cobros: debes realizar cada ingreso y el equipo confirma su recepción. Un enlace abierto o el regreso desde Stripe no acreditan por sí solos el pago.

Para cancelar una suscripción de Stripe, solicita la baja según estas condiciones. El equipo debe cancelar también la renovación en Stripe y confirmar la fecha efectiva. La publicación, la eliminación de una ficha o el cierre de un enlace de pago no cancelan por sí solos una suscripción bancaria.

The Billing tab shows your next due date and lets you download the receipts or invoices we upload for your payments. The team records the payment and attaches its supporting document; pending reminders for that charge then stop. If you have already paid and receive a reminder, contact us so we can check. The panel’s schedule and reminders do not themselves make bank charges.

We may send you a reminder one week before the due date and another on the payment date. If the amount remains unpaid, we may notify you of a possible suspension at least 3 days in advance, stating its date.

If at least 30 days have passed since the due date without payment being settled or a response received, we may send a deletion notice giving a further 30 days to contact us, pay or request your content. We will review payments and communications before suspension or deletion. Any later handover deadline already communicated and applicable rights will be respected. Permanently deleted content cannot be recovered through WebGuapa; documents requiring legal retention are kept separately.

You may request a refund for the service within 30 calendar days of your first payment, without giving a reason and even if the website has been published. The refund excludes previously disclosed, accepted and incurred domain and licence costs. We will confirm the breakdown and process the refund within 14 calendar days of your request, without prejudice to your applicable rights.

Before activation, we show you which costs would be excluded and obtain your acceptance. We will not advertise a full refund that conflicts with this exception.

Renewal follows the frequency and date agreed in Billing. To request cancellation through the panel, accept the website removal notice and confirm the link emailed to you. In this procedure, the 15-calendar-day notice period starts with that confirmation. The effective date is shown before confirmation and respects the paid period, including annual subscriptions.

Request cancellation at least 15 calendar days before the next renewal. We will confirm the end date. Outside the guarantee period, voluntary cancellation keeps the service running until the paid period ends and does not refund the remaining time, except where rights apply or the service is breached.

If you do not receive the confirmation email or cannot access the dashboard, request cancellation at info@webguapa.com. Identity checks must not prevent you from exercising your rights. The notice period applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. The guarantee and statutory withdrawal follow their own rules and do not require purchasing another period.

If you contract outside your business or professional activity, your mandatory rights are respected. Distance contracts generally provide a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from the date of the contract, subject to statutory exceptions. You may communicate withdrawal unambiguously to info@webguapa.com, giving your identity, service and contract date; you do not need to use the dashboard.

Starting a service during that period requires your express request. Any loss of the withdrawal right or proportionate payment for services provided applies only when the legal conditions are met; merely approving the design does not satisfy them. The 30-day commercial guarantee is additional, and its exclusions do not restrict statutory withdrawal or remedies for breach of contract.

We publish with your authorisation. First, you review your details, text, images and translations and confirm the right to use the materials you provide. Authorising publication does not cancel the guarantee.

The domain is not included in the €25/month fee. If we manage it, before buying or renewing it we tell you the domain cost, our management fee where applicable, and the total including applicable taxes. These amounts are itemised separately under Domain and require your prior agreement. The domain is registered in your name.

If you have already bought and manage your domain, this is recorded in your file and you retain ownership and your relationship with the provider. This does not add a domain purchase or a WebGuapa purchase management fee. Any additional paid management service must be agreed in advance.

The €25/month includes the creation of up to 3 professional email accounts using your domain at no extra cost, with 2 GB of storage per mailbox. Migration of existing emails, bulk mailing and office suites are not included.

You retain your brand, content and data. During the subscription you use the agreed design and features. WebGuapa components and third-party assets retain their rights and licences. Permission to show your project in our portfolio is requested separately.

The purchase reference is 12 monthly payments at the current base rate. Service fees are not deducted. Transferable scope and extensions are agreed in writing before accepting the purchase.

Extensions and transferable items are agreed in writing. Handover includes transferable files and assets, instructions and agreed usage rights. Subsequent hosting or maintenance is not included. Forms and integrations may require new accounts or adaptation with the destination provider.

The CMS and its dashboard are neither sold nor exported. You can receive your content and data. If you agree to buy a static version, we will first explain which features remain and what adaptation is needed. We do not promise an exportable working dashboard.

After the effective end of service, we retain the project record, conversations and files for 60 calendar days to facilitate handover or requested continuation. The dashboard shows the deletion date and a countdown. We send a scheduling notice and reminders 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before deletion. You can download your files or stop deletion from your record before that date.

Choosing I want to continue with my website before service ends cancels the cancellation. If service has already ended, it stops deletion and requests reactivation, which we will arrange with you. It does not charge you automatically or republish the website by itself.

At the deadline, the operational record and its files are deleted. The login account is kept separately; you may request its deletion. Invoices and evidence strictly necessary for legal obligations or claims are retained separately with restricted access for the applicable periods, not for continued service or advertising. Backups follow their rotation cycle and are not used to reactivate deleted records.

During that period you can request your content and arrange the transfer of your domain and email. The website goes offline when the service ends.

If you request and confirm permanent deletion before the retention period ends, the record and its files are deleted without waiting for the deadline. Download any materials you wish to keep first. Documents that must be retained by law are kept separately.

The reference handover time for a purchase is 10 working days from payment, with 15 days to correct package defects, without limiting applicable rights.

Provide the owner’s full name or company name, applicable tax or identity document number, fiscal address, telephone number and contact email. These details are used to prepare your website’s legal texts. The business’s physical address is a separate optional field. To change your account login email, contact the administrator.

The client supplies accurate information about their activity, ownership and operations. We can help organise this information and prepare drafts; the texts must be reviewed against the actual functions and providers before publication. This help is not a legal compliance certification. Processing data on the client’s behalf must be governed by an appropriate data processing arrangement.

You can send enquiries or complaints to info@webguapa.com or to the address of the professional named in your contract. Price or scope changes require prior information and any necessary agreement; a new version of this page does not itself change an existing contract. Mandatory applicable laws and courts are respected, particularly for consumer contracts.
